Stakeholder Activation Process

A three-month program that brings local leaders, investors, and community groups together in one-day workshops. You'll map your ecosystem's assets, spot gaps, and create an aligned plan to support companies ready to scale in your region.

Scalerator

A six-month intensive cohort program for growth-stage companies ready to scale rapidly. We work with you to tackle real challenges, refine your strategy, and execute plans that produce measurable outcomes and momentum for your business.

Practical training that helps scaling companies and regional leaders communicate their value. You'll learn to tell compelling stories, connect with investors and customers, and build stronger relationships with stakeholders who support you.
